Pizza Hut - Reservar uma mesa

Second time I have ordered from this Pizza Hut and never received my order, the first time when my order did not arrive I called the store but the store had already closed, when I called them back the next day they stated they did not have a driver todeliver my order so they just canceled it. This last order very similar to the same situation, I placed an order online,received notification my order was in process But two hours later it still had not been delivered. When I called the store I wastold my food was still there and had not been picked up by the driver yet. When I asked why they did not notify me her onlyresponses, ?we don?t do that?. This is the second time I've ordered from this pizza place and I never received my order. The first time, when my order didn't arrive, I called the restaurant, but they had already closed. The next day, they told me they didn't have a driver available to deliver, so they just canceled my order. This last experience was quite similar. I placed an order online and received a notification that it was being processed, but two hours later, it still hadn't been delivered. When I called, I was informed that my food was still at the restaurant and hadn't been picked up by a driver. When I asked why I wasn't notified, they simply replied, "We don't notify customers." I will not be ordering from this...

I just wanted to say that i have experienced great service from pizza hut.the crew in lindale was very polite at my last visit and the service was spectacular as well as the event i attended with kristi womack.thank you for your hard work and great service.

I pre ordered my students lunch for their good behavior and I need to change the delivery time. I called for three hours straight and no answer just a busy signal! Pathetic!
