Pizza Hut - Reservar uma mesa

On May 28th my girlfriend and I ordered 2 large stuffed crust pizzas and bread sticks for us and two friends that were visiting. When we received the order, the crust was super thin and flimsy and the cheese was extremely chewy. My girlfriend bit into a piece of pizza and found a small clear rubber band like those used for braces. We ended up not eating all the pizza and made something else for us and our guests. We contacted customer service via email and all we got back was a generic sorry, you 're out of luck email saying they would try harder not to make a bad pizza next time. Placed a carry out order at the Pickerington location and chose curb side. Husband stopped to get it after working a 12 hr day. After seeing multiple people going in and out picking up food, he decided to go in to see what the delay was…they gave our pizzas away! And, our wings and breadsticks were sitting above a trash can, beside a sink, for god knows how long. Disgusting!!!Told them to just refund our food total and we’d go somewhere else. Then, in order to cancel/refund the order, they insisted on having me send a picture of my debit card to my husband to show them for proof.I would’ve thought better from this location…wrong!! ?

Waited hours for an order that NEVER came. When I called I was told by a worker that there was a mixup with drivers or DoorDash or something like that and that my order would likely not be coming. I was then told that the manager was too busy to talk but she would maybe call me back to process a refund…. They didn’t even call to notify us that our order wouldn’t be coming. Ridiculous

Looks the same inside as it did when I worked here in 2004. No staff working up front when I arrived. After 5 mins of waiting, it took 3 computer log in attempts and a manager password to hand me food that was prepaid.Needs a deep cleaning, better wings, drive through pick up window.For those working there, I feel you. I took the job because they would pay .25 more than Donatos.

seriously, you have to hire more people. I waited 65 minutes for my meal. I saw at least 3 people back in this time. the pizza was good and the workers they had were very nice. pity that they owners left their dieriers and find some workers. I know prices are rising, but they still need customers to pay for these bills.
