Pizza Hut - Reservar uma mesa

Tonight, we ordered $80 worth of food from this restaurant and had a very disappointing experience. They took a long time to deliver our food, and when it finally arrived, they had forgotten an entire pizza and sauce. When they attempted to rectify the situation, they brought the wrong order after another long wait. Despite clearly specifying our order over the phone, they failed to fulfill it correctly. They only offered to credit us for the missing pizza, leaving most of our group without their meals. I do not recommend this restaurant at all. The pizzas that did arrive were cold and the bread was not enjoyable. The only positive aspect was the sweet delivery driver.

First of all I ordered off the app accidentally ordered pick up instead of delivery. Didn't get any notification saying ordered was ready. Went to go pick it up. Stood there for a minute tried to get a female employees attention. I stood and watch her useher phone with gloves on and continue to make a pizza. Said excuse me hello. A guy popped out of no where tried making a jokeabout not hearing the door. Pizza was closed in part of the box. Plus wings stuck to pizza box. Food not even hot. Will notvisit this location again.

The delivery was supposed to take 20-30 minutes, but it ended up taking over an hour for my pizza to arrive. As a former Pizza Hut employee, I know that it only takes 15 minutes to make a pizza. The restaurant did not appear to be busy, and I live close to where I ordered from. The food was cold, the wings were not sauced thoroughly, and it was clear that they had been sitting for quite some time after being made. If the estimated delivery time is 20-30 minutes, it should not be 45-60 minutes past that time.

The people I dealt with were polite but do they have a cheese shortage? I ordered a stuff crust cheese pizza and it had almost no cheese. Then the delivery person called to ask where i was and i was right where i said i was. It really was not a verygood pizza and it was greasy too

The food was delicious and the service was satisfactory. I will definitely be ordering from this restaurant again.
