Delivered wrong pizza, called 4 times and hung up on after hold on automated, finally got a human, but sounded like an entitled teenager who had no customer service skills whatsoever. Not even a sorry for the error, but was perfectly fine saying we willsend you out another pizza, but you have to pay for it. I know food service is a difficult business, but your customers takecare of you, take care of them. I will drive to the Pizza Hut down the street closer to me rather order delivery from thislocation again.
The order was too late for an hour and the pizza and cheese sticks were cold and hard. Our soda was not included. We called the store six times and were hung up every time by the automated system. UPDATE I spoke to the GM today, who let me know that they were heavily underused on Sunday, He was very polite and apologetic and made things right. PRO TIP call to place your order instead of using the app because it does not reflect exact times when they are underused.
Picked up a large supreme pizza tonight it was terrible. They put the cheese down first, then marinara then the toppings. Because it was in that order the cheese didn't melt I tried to pick up a slice all the toppings marinara just slipped off.Told them about it they said they can give me $5 store credit. Are you serious? What am I gonna do with that? Buy a 2 liter?Smh???????????
Ordered from this place and they totally forgot the extra marinara sauce and the sodas I ordered. They said they was gonna send some out to bring the sodas they forgot. That was four hours ago and still no sodas. I don?t usually order from Pizza Hutbecause it?s more expensive than other chains. Lesson learned. Next time I?ll save my money and order domino?s.
