Pizza Hut - Reservar uma mesa

Lousy service lost attitude. Pizza more than two hours late. The guy on the phone had absolutely not a care in the world. I'm sorry to say this is not the first time I've had the same exact experience with this restaurant. I have no idea who owns it or who's running it but they are not professional and they really do not care about service or even good food. I'm done I will not order againfrom Pizza Hut until they give me another option in my area. As far as I'm concerned this is literally stealing.

I order a big **** krest meat lover pizza, and big **** cheese pizza. I looked at the pizza, and the owner and co-worker knew it was messed up and not the power to tell us. I have filed a complaint with the customer service next to the bbb, the ohio attorney genreal office. that is annoying and knows they don't want to pick up the phone. really wanted to give them a negatiw and others the heads up.

they do not sue this invite. Mgr is a lousy, makes talk about everything. has no idea where the delivery driver is or what he has or not. it does not take responsibility for everything, worst experience with pizza joint at all, hardly came warm and placed half after ordering. tastes different from other shops. skip these for better products and services.

I recommend that they do not waste their time order from this place. a few months ago they had never appeared with my food and worse, they did not inform me that it would not come. I thought it was a strange swallow or maybe they had a rough night. tonight it happened again to leave my family hungry when we were eating without eating overnight.

order 20 o'clock. the driver called at 9:30 a.m. and said he had arrived. No one was there. I tried to call back. no answer. I called the load and said the load had no driver and the order was never prepared. it took her an hour to realize that!? never again.
