Pizza Hut - Reservar uma mesa

This Pizza Hut has changed since it moved to the strip mall location. Have ordered from them a couple of times and today will be the last. The first time I ordered, they were great!! Very friendly and the pizzas were delicious. However, the next time was not a good experience. I ordered online and it gave me a pick up time of twenty minutes for my orders (two pizzas) to be ready. When I walked in, there were five people ahead of me, also waiting. They never began our orders!! People were angry, others cancelled their orders and walked out. I stuck around and waited over an hour. They did seem to be understaffed and acted like they didn't want to be there. Never received an apology. Gave them...

I?ll give 3 stars for right now because I haven?t received my food yet. I placed a delivery order online at 6:25 and the delivery estimation showed 45-60 minutes. AFTER I placed the order, that changed to 95-105 minutes. The restaurant is literally 1.7 miles away and it?s a Wednesday. I called to inquire as to whether or not the 95-105 minutes was accurate and was told, very unapologetically: ?it?ll probably be longer than that, likely over 2 hours, we only got one driver and it?s a rush?. I?ve worked in a lot of customer service settings, and poor staffing should not be an excuse for poor service. Get more/better employees or something. Will update when/if I recieve my order.

Don 't u just love it when things work in ur favor... Dad! John 's sold a waaay over expensive big 1 topping pizza for performing $17). Back to the pizza hat, got a big 3 goal for $11! Better quality, better price, better pizza, PIZZA HUT!

Manager called to check my order and make sure that it was done properly, as what I ordered online did not see right to him, he corrected the order and produced it correctly. Pizza was hot and ready when I was there. Very efficient.

The deal and the pizza were great. The young lady who was there, took and ordered and made pizzas at the same time. She was fantastic. I wish I knew her name. Thank you.
