Pizza Hut - Reservar uma mesa

It's been a while since we ordered Pizza Hut, I think I remember why. The pizza's was barely room temperature, not all the selected toppings were not on my pizza, both had been severely over cooked *when they were cooked*, the topping that were on the pizza's with the extra cheese was just burnt and both pizza's were so hard to bite into. Granted the guy at the place was seriously busy and on his own out the front, he was saying other staff hadn't showed up for their shifts. When the order was place online it gave a 10-20 minute time frame to collect which it takes 20 minutes to get there from my home so, I left right away. I had a curbside pickup and parked right in front of the store. No one came out so I called and was asked to hold. Then I was hung up on. I called again and the phone was picked up but they said nothing. I sat in my car listening to them take the order of whoever walked in. I put my phone on speaker and went inside and the lady at the register didn 't even acknowledge me. When she finally asked me how she could help me, I told her what happened and all she could say was oh, sorry so I told her I wasn 't mad at HER, which I wasn 't, but we were there at the pick up time, in the car I described in the online order, and still had to wait 25 min for my food. I WAS SO EXCITED THAT THEY RE-OPENED...

I have placed an order online for this place that has never been delivered and without communication about the reason. The order was made one day before 23. December for the night of December 24th, Christmas Eve. Suppose they were busy, I waited about 15 or 20 minutes after my scheduled delivery time to call, just to find out that the location was closed. The most confusing part of the situation is the confirmation email that I received immediately after the order with no other notification to say that the order would not be completed. Customer service had no explanation of confusion except to offer an apology. Thankfully Domino came through in about 30 minutes to save the day!

Never had a problem with food. Just ordered online, specials area is a mess, hard to navigate, same specials listed 2-3 times, print really small $5 pizza special was actually $6, but I didn't see the fine print. So today I ended up not ordering the cheapest special that was best for my needs. I called the poor guy at store, phone ringing off the hook in background, asked him to cancel my order so I can redo my order correctly to save money. He was super nice about it! Next time I know to navigate through ALL the specials before placing my order. Thanks again! ?????

This location never answered their phone. I've left the hold message playing just for fun while picking up my pizza from domino's and it was up to 15 minutes. I just want extra cheese on the breadsticks because they never use enough and I can't order that online. This location should have stayed closed.
