Pizza Hut Leamington

We were on vacation in Montreal for the weekend with family including kids. We came back to the hotel to get kids something to eat and put them to bed. We ordered pizza and wings from this place. The wait time for the pizza was 45 minutes when our hotel was only 7 minutes walk from the pizza hut. When the pizza arrived it was not cooked at all .It looked raw and was cold. We called them immediately to let them know about this we were promised a new pizza ASAP. We waited for another hour and when we called to check on the status of the pizza delivery we were informed that the driver did not know the room number. We were so upset that how can someone forget a room number and don't even call to...

Would give zero star if I could. Ordered a medium sized pizza and some wings for $40. The pizza was raw and pulled out of oven half way though. When we contacted the store, they said someone will be bringing in a cooked pizza for us shortly. But that never happened. We were given US customer service that didn't care at all. Kids had to sleep hungry. Please do not order from this dishonest and unprofessional store.

terrible pizza! I ordered 3 different pizza and there was hardly any toppings on either one! the chicken pizza had less than one small piece of chicken per slice! worst pizza hut I've every had

Very slow and poor service. Was promised a 10 minute wait for a personal 6 inch pizza and have been sitting for almost half an hour and counting. Nobody appears to be doing their job

I ordered 2 different pizza veggie and supreme: there was hardly any toppings on either one and was over cooked. Worst pizza from this restaurant chain!!!
