We were extremely hungry and didn't have anything to cook, so we decided to order pizza instead of going to the store. We got two large pizzas - one with ham and pineapple, and the other with half pepperoni and half pepperoni, sausage, olives, and mushrooms. The pizzas arrived earlier than expected, which was a relief. We devoured them so quickly that I didn't even have time to take a picture. We only have a few pieces left, and I just had one for breakfast, cold but still delicious. I was pleased with the flavor, the medium thickness of the crust, and the generous amount of pineapple on the ham pizza. I enjoyed not having to cook and having a tasty dinner without making a mess in my kitchen...
I wanted some pizza for my Super Bowl party and turned to Pizza My Heart. It was a good choice. It was easy to order them in advance on-line. The only downside here is that I wanted to change the order after I placed it. I called the store and they were nice enough to cancel it (I would had them change the order but it was a little complex). When I came to pick up the pizzas they took about 5 more minutes to cook then scheduled (no big deal), but most importantly the order was correct. I 'm here on 12/15/23 around 5 pm and I had a bad customer service experience at the san mateo pizzamyheart. The food looked great, I was ready to enjoy a great slice, listen to some music and chill for a minute. I wanted to order a few slices. However, the woman working the counter said I 'll be right with you and then ignored me for several minutes. At this point I am so hungry... there were no customers. Just me, 4 pizza makers and this lady that was focused on rearranging the pizza boxes. So I left. I hope that the owners see this. I recently ordered Pizza My Heart through DoorDash and was not impressed with my order. The pizza was extremely overcooked, with the crust burnt to a black color on the edges. I was initially excited to try their vegan topping options, as it can be difficult to find good vegan pizza with a variety of toppings, including vegan meat options. I had to transfer the pizza to a baking sheet because it arrived lukewarm, likely due to slow delivery from DoorDash. The burnt crust was a major disappointment, as it negatively impacted the flavor of the toppings. On a recent visit, I discovered that while making my large Pizza, the tomato sauce is squeezed as a bead around the pizza about a 1/4-3/8 wide [like writing on a cake]. Traditionally or typically, it is poured onto the pizza and spread entirely with the ladle. I know this bc, I worked at a pizza restaurant. I asked if that is how they always have done it, and the girl replied [qestionaby] with a yeah? Now, if it was a confident yes, then I would figure they found a hack...but I think the pizza lacked the tomato flavor and taste. So, it 's 2oz instead of 6-7oz, but a lot of flavor missing, to me? so for that, I can only give it two stars, good luck guys!
We decided to venture out of our usual pizza spots give this place a try. We got our food delivered in less than 30min were exited to dig in. The cheese bread not only looks delicious but tasted just as good as it looks. The pizza looked just as good but unfortunately didn't taste as great. The issue was the dough, it was thought if that makes any sense. Perhaps the dough was over worked? If it wasn't for that, this pizza would've been great as I really did enjoy the flavor of the sauce. I can't say that I'll be back but at least I gave it a try.
Best pizza in the Bay Area as of 2023. Crust is thin and crunchy, and owners are warm and welcoming. I decided to visit this place when my son had a field trip there to make pizza. My son loved it so much he wants it again the next day and we showed up. The 4 of us finished a large pizza. Highly recommend.
Great tasty pizza with quality ingredients. I generally place the order online but you can also call to order. The pizza will be ready by the time it's promised online. Some favorites are the chicken deluxe and Maui wowie. Staff is friendly and welcoming! Reserve uma mesa agora
