Absolutely terrible service! I placed a phone order for delivery and was told it would take 45-60 minutes, which I was fine with. However, after waiting 90 minutes, all I got was a busy signal. I tried calling again at the 2-hour mark, and once more, it was just a busy signal. I've now been waiting 3 hours and still can't talk to anyone. My family and I had hoped for a good meal, but it seems they just closed for the night instead. This is the second time this has happened to us. I've tried to call multiple times to find out what's going on, but each time I just get a busy signal. I've also disputed the charge with my credit card for a meal that I never received. Horrible service! I placed an order over the phone for delivery and was told 45-60 minutes which I am ok with. I called at 90 minutes and only a busy signal, then again at 2 hours (busy signal again), and finally writing this review after 3 hours ofwaiting with no option to speak with anyone the food and service used to be good but since they closed before they should havejust stayed closed this is the second time they have done this to myself and my family. I thought I would try their pizza again since reopening. We ordered, they had to call back because their system added toppings that we didn?t want. Then when I show up to get the pizza it sticks to the bottom of the oven and tears in half. Now they want me to wait another thirty minutes for another pizza. Maybe they should make sure that the people making the pizzas now what they are doing.
We decided to give PizzaPetes another shot after our initial experience. The pizza, garlic bread, and chicken strips were tasty, but they arrived cold. The service really needs improvement. We placed our order at 6:11 PM and didn’t receive it until 8:00 PM. When we called to inquire about the delay, we received a rude response. We won’t be ordering from them again. First time going since it has been re-opened, very pleasant experience, cozy atmosphere, and friendly staff. Slightly more expensive than chain pizza joints, but very reasonable and comparable to similar mom n pop type shops. The pizza was delicious, and cooked perfectly, and I especially liked the (hand tossed) crust. Will absolutely be going again.
Great food and great service. But they forgot 1 of my 2 items. Not a big deal but it also was a small, easy order to be able to get correct and I was low key looking forward to it ?. I don't have a working phone at the moment otherwise I would have called. Other than that, great place! Still enjoying TF out of their food and still going back??
