Medium pizza 2 toppings $7.99 I asked the young man what is the cost of extra cheese...he said $1.00 more. So, that is $8.99 ..that is good. He said but you have to buy two pizzas. NOWHERE does it say you have to buy two pizzas on the sign. We looked at it and said it doesn't say that here but that is alright because I'm purchasing three. He rang me up and said that is $36.24. That can't be right? I look at the receipt and he rang me up $10.69 per pizza. I said...It $7.99 plus $1.00 for extra cheese that is $8.99 per pizza. He said no...you added extra cheese so we charge you for three topping pizza. What? No no no. I asked you what extra cheese on the pizza was and you stated $1.00 ..correc...

I used their app (stupid me I know because their app never works properly I thought the update would have fixed it). Apparently when you click that you want breaded wings it doesn’t change it and remains at classic (didn’t realize this until we received our order). Either way we received our $30 order of wings. And they weren’t breaded. So we called the store, which went to a call centre. They said because we used the app, and that we chose what we chose, even when I specifically clicked on breaded, they couldn’t swap our order and we would have to make a new order. Another $30 to potentially have the same thing happen again seriously? So then we drove to the store and they refused to do any...

Food: 2 stars, Delivery: 5 stars, Service: 0 stars, Ethics: 0 stars. The service was terrible, they got my order wrong, and when I called to complain, they basically told me it was my fault for not specifying what I wanted. This place is the worst of fast food and the incompetent owners should reconsider their profession.

I follow a keto diet and have tried the keto pizza at this restaurant a few times. Each time, it was overcooked, almost burnt, and very expensive. I would rather order from a different place since they have limited keto options, maybe just the plain chicken wings.

I ordered a Keto crust pizza tonight and was served a completely burnt, soggy crust that was practically inedible. I was extremely disappointed, especially considering the high price.
