Pizza Pizza - Reservar mesa

I ordered my pizza over the phone and it seems like they only have one line for taking orders. The process started with them asking for my phone number, then inquiring about the location I was calling from and whether I wanted pick up or delivery. I requested pick up and specified the Hespeler Road location. It appears they may have a hotline for taking pizza orders over the phone and then relaying the information to the individual stores. The lady I spoke with was speaking loudly over the phone, which was not very pleasant. I'm not sure if she couldn't hear me or if it was noisy in her workplace. Unfortunately, sad to say but I had a very bad experience. Unprofessional staff plus pizza was not cooked properly. I called store and they provided credit for my pizza but to my surprise when I called to claim my pizza they say I have already claimed my pizza after a week which I never did. When I fought for my money which was around $45, they say we are really sorry we cannot do anything for it. So now I had a great dinner with this sorry. Thanks for your eye opening experience. Hope I never recommend Pizza Pizza to anybody from my friends and relatives.

My Son ordered an XL Chicken Bruchetta , and it came without any chicken ! When speaking with customer service , they wanted us to pay for their mistake as they charged him only one topping .Needless to say , we will never returning , and if you go , make sure to check the pizza before leaving the store .561 Hespeler RdCambridge-Ontário

I came around 11pm on feb 25th, found the most coolest white guy on shift, he was friendly and honestly grants great service. Although this isn’t the closest pizza pizza to us, meeting this guys and his service is worth the few minutes of drive. Will come back because of him for sure

The service was very poor. They don't know their menu. The attendants are always talking on call while taking and preparing order. They don't realise that they should be available in the front. Instead, they are always found in the back of the house talking on call.

I would have gave them negative five, if i could. The staff is rude and the quality of the order was even worse. They didn’t cooked it properly. There was a hair in the pizza. There was a missing topping. Worst experience ever. Please don’t order from this location.

We placed our order online and found a great deal. We had the pizzas delivered to us. We ordered two large pizzas along with some dip. The delivery driver was friendly and the pizza was hot, fresh, and delicious. Reserve uma mesa agora

Very fast service, ordered for pick-up through the website and everything was ready and piping hot upon my arrival barely 15 minutes after my order. Food was delicious and everything was exactly as I ordered it.
