Overall, the restaurant experience was extremely disappointing. The service was slow and unattentive, with servers appearing disinterested and aloof. The atmosphere was also lacking, with a lackluster decor and no ambiance to speak of. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a enjoyable dining experience.

My parents ordered pizza from Pizza Nova, and 40 minutes later I ordered from Pizza Pizza. Surprisingly, my pizza arrived first. I always receive great service from Pizza Pizza.
