Pizza Vitale Truck

We had the most delicious pizza's from the Vitale's Pizza Truck ! They have been getting invited to different neighborhoods in Westchester and making phenomenal pizzas on their wood burning pizza oven , INSIDE their truck! The pizza crust is toasty with that wonderful wood burning flavor that makes their pizzas extra special. My wife and I shared their veggie and arugula pizzas. And for dessert we had their Nutella pie with fresh strawberries. That might have been thee best dessertcwEbechad in the last 4 months! I'm from Puglia Italy and have yet to find an authentic Italian pizza...until now!!! I recently found pizza vitale through Instagram and decided to try them out and wow I am so happy I did. This is the most authentic Italian pizza I've had outside of Italy! I very much miss Italy and always crave authentic Italian pizza so finding Francesco and his truck has been incredible. The crust is super crunchy without burning (or under cooking the bottom of the pizza. Francesco is so nice and clearly has mastered his pizza making skills. I cannot recommend this truck enough! I have turned into a regular! :

I recently had the Vitale Pizza truck come to my house for a small socially distant gathering in my backyard. The pizzas were so fresh and tasted incredible. There was amazing selection of toppings and the dough was cooked to perfection. Lili and Francesco were so wonderful and pleasant to work with, and made the evening seamless. Additionally the Nutella dessert pizzas were sinful! Great food and great value. Would definitely recommend to others.

Must-eat pizza for your bucket list, folks. This Mr. Vitale guy is the original real deal Italian from Italy. Literally a mom and pop shop, but on wheels. Margarita is great, pesto is great, all of them are great. You gotta go on their web site to figure out where the truck will be though (or hire them for events and parties).

Love, love, love the Pizza Vitale team! They are lovely to work with and their food is not only delicious but the perfect end to a long week sheltering in place. Thanks for coming to our neighborhood and making dinner for so many families in our community in a safe fashion! We would be delighted to have you back.
