Pizza Wings More - Reservar uma mesa

I have spent a lot of money at this restaurant, enjoying great meals, but recently my experiences have taken a downturn. The pizza has arrived cold, items were missing, and some dishes were hard and burnt. When I called to complain, the manager was extremely rude, explaining that he couldn't afford to remake the food or provide coupons. Although discounts are advertised on the website, he was upset that I used them, implying that I wanted something special. All I wanted was food that wasn’t burnt and was cooked properly. On one occasion, I even found a wing in the side dish. Why was there only three wings? The fries were stale and looked old, as if they had been sitting out and someone else...

I always enjoy dining here, especially because of their great offers. However, I recently had a negative experience with a delivery person. He dropped off my food and expected a $7 tip, then gave me the wrong change. I usually tip delivery people around $1 to $2, so a tip that high seems excessive. I wish the restaurant would communicate to their delivery staff to only expect tips within a reasonable range, or at least keep the change for themselves. Not all of us are in a position to tip generously when we place an order.

I typically have a great experience at this restaurant, but today I discovered a hair in my large pizza. I had already eaten a slice, so I was really disappointed that I couldn’t continue. I called to report the issue and was offered a credit towards my next pizza. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning for more pizza anytime soon. I suggested that the staff who prepares the pizzas should wear hair nets to prevent this from happening again. Overall, I’m quite disappointed.

I'm very glad I found this rare gem. This place is excellent. Huge menu, prices are reasonable. The food tastes wonderful. Everything was hot! I will keep coming back!

I was racist only because pupils cannot go there, and I am not at all in high school and the way he discriminated me was so respectful never to come back here again!
