Pizza Xpress Edinburg La Pizza Perfecta

This is hands down the best pizza in the valley! Their crust is perfect! Not doughy, with the perfect amount of crisp on the edges. The marinara sauce is delicious, tastes homemade! And the cheese consistency doesn't get all gummy when you're chewing it like other mainstream pizza. If you like mushrooms, you will never go back to Pizza Hut, Dominoes, or any other mushroom pizza! They are so juicy and not shriveled up! I could never order another mushroom pizza anywhere else after eating here.
