I placed an order through an app and was told that delivery would take 45-60 minutes. However, an hour and a half later, I still had not received my food. I cancelled the order, but was still charged and they refused to give me a refund. In my opinion, this restaurant is not reputable and never offered an apology for the inconvenience.
