Pizzeria Bertoldsbrunnen

had a late lunch and dinner after the hike one of the hiking trails from st. margen to st. peter. bertolds brunnen is located on the square next to the hotel hirschen, where we were. the restaurant has a large menu with many classic Italian dishes, including pasta,...pizza many delicious wines. I chose the tortellini a red wine that my partner ordered a pizza with beer. both were delicious! service was quick friendly the prices were very fair so it was a great value for the amount of food the quality we got.

this place is good for a quick bite between two hikes. when they sit outside, they have a look at the entrance of the palpital of sankt peter. I ordered a pizza with salami. the type disappeared into the kitchen after asking for olio picante and came back with a small bowl of freshly made olive oil with pfeffer. my pizza was tasteful, but a little fat (also before adding the Olio Picante). my wife went for an salad, healthy, but nothing special. the place was cheap, only €20 for a lunch included drinks.

they offer numerous pasta and pizza selections, as well as some German favorites. the pastas and pizzas come in small and normal sizes. they can suggest small is for children, but it is perfect for a light edgy or if they are not so hungry. my pizza was good, like my man's carbonara. the rose and white wine we had was not particularly good; Perhaps the German weepings offered would be better. they do not take credit cards.

after the visit of the local church for dinner. pizza was excellent; very fresh - they could taste the high quality olive oil. my children loved the place that is also rare. the service was great, and the prices were very reasonable. try it.

my friend and I discovered this Italian restaurant after a hike from Freiburg through the Black Forest. we were hungry, mad, and needed a lovely one. we did it.
