As we stayed at the hotel for 2 night, we decided to try the restaurant on the arrival day, a friday. It was packed and for good reasons. It seems that the restaurant is famous in the region for Fondues (Chinoise and cheese), grilled steaks and wooden oven pizzas. We ordered the Fondue Bacchus, a fondue with a wine based broth with lots of herbs. The beef is cut in cubes instead of sliced so that it remains softer inside, excellent quality of meat. Home made sauces and a selection of side dish. It is à discretion, so it means that if you want a second portion you are welcome. Good selection of local wines. Good service even if the restaurant was packed. We really enjoyed it!
