faithful customers for years we have gone to eat the eyes closed to the shrines.But what disappointment! We have tasted the ravioli with cream.....in fact we were served a paved, very dry, from never seen! The friendly waitress was very annoyed with this situation. As for the boss, when I noticed him on the cooking of the ravioli, he didn't care! Reminiscent of the recipe for Mr the boss....do pocket the still frozen ravioli in boiling water...... using a spoon remove the ravioli from the water and place them in an individual dish containing cream.....napper of gruyère râpé and make granite. you will get a creamy and flexible dish, not a dry pavement!
