Came here a few times before COVID, and the pizza and workers were amazing! The employees treated us like family and this quickly became our favorite joint. Well, today was the very first time that I was disappointed- so instead of the 5-star I wanted to give them, I'll have to bump it down. They were running behind, so the pizza wouldn't be ready for 45 minutes. Totally understandable. They're probably busy as hell and like I said, we've always been taken care of before so why not keep giving them business. About 45 days ago, ordered via phone and when I arrived they charged a different price than what was on their website. I informed the cashier about it and he provided a small discount, but the total was still more than what their website stated. Since we really like having a local pizza spot, I didn't think too much about it. Then, I called in an order about two or three weeks ago and they called me about half an hour later to tell me their fryer was broken and they had to cancel. No worries, stuff happens. After ordering through Door Dash and waiting until past the predicted time, my order was cancelled. I tried calling but no one answered, mail box full? I'm pretty disappointed honestly.

Love This! Place. The guys are super helpful. The food is good. Can't tell anyone enough about this place. Can't wait till we can go in a sit for a while. True Gem.

I only been to Pizzeria Pacifico twice but I’m very satisfied with the consistency. Tasty pizza+good vibes= good experience.
