Pizzeria Zur Krippe

Wir waren das erste Mal nach dem Umbau dort, wie es vorher aussah können wir nicht beurteilen. Der Eingangsbereich ist sehr schön gestaltet und modern eingerichtet, daneben gibt es noch eine urige Stube mit Holzvertäfelung und zu guter letzt ein schöner und großer Gastgarten. Egal wo man sitzt, das Ambiente ist sehr gut. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und zuvorkomment. Das Speisenangebot ist anders als bei einem üblichem Italiener, neben den Pizzen stehen Vorspeisen und Pastas mit Hang zu Meeresfrüchten auf dem Programm. Auch die wechselnden Mittagsmenues können sich sehen lassen, die Garnelenspieße auf Salat waren ein Traum. Auch die Weinkarte lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir kommen sicher...

The pizza tasted great, but it took them around 70 minutes to bring it from the time we ordered... The waitress was quite rude, we asked if they had some olives since we didn't see them on the menu, must be the first Italian restaurant without olives... They brought some, so we were quite happy, but not so much when we got the bill and realized they charged us 10 EUR for them (1 pizza was around 9 eur for comparison), which we found very expensive. We complained to the waitress and she said olives are expensive, I asked why she didn't say that before, she said I didn't ask. I said I'd leave a bad review, she said I don't care... Go figure, perhaps avoid this place until they fix their attitu...

We had spaghetti, Lazania, calamari, soups and desserts. Everything was very tasty, very fresh and ingredients of high quality. The waiter did not speak English very well but was so nice and helpful which made it easy to ignore. We even made some jokes with him : they were flexible with our requests for the younger kids too!

We recently had lunch at Pizzeria Zur Krippe and ate in the garden area. The food is fantastic and the staff very friendly, the waiter had us in fits of laughter as he was always switching between Italian and German to suit what he was saying. You will not be disappointed if you decide to eat here.

Busy place with very good food. We had The Arrabiata and the Carbonara which were both delicious. The aflik and olio for our daughter had far too much pepper. They provide gluten-free pasta which is good. Seems a bit understaffed so waiting times can be on the longer side
