Plan B Springfield

Started off with a very rude hostess and went downhill from there. Waitress indicated that they did not have the hand cut fries that night... OK.... so I ordered chicken fingers and asked for honey mustard on the side. Received the order only to see that they added the sauce directly to the chicken tenders (not served that way in the past. so the chicken was soggy and cold as were the fries. Chicken was served with a cup of blue cheese... but no carrots or celery... When I asked where the sides were, the waitress told me they had no carrots or celery that night. So, no handcut fries, no carrots, no celery and cold food.... Maybe they should close on Monday nights as other restaurants do, bec...

I just had to write this cause I was so taken back by the management at this place, I’m not a local here and don’t frequent the area often so I don’t know how things are conducted here but wow it was ridiculous how who I’m assuming was the manager was tearing into our pour waitress who we thought was nice right in front of us. Needless to say we thought she did a fine job and the food was I mean ok it’s burgers after all. I did not feel comfortable nor will I be returning to this establishment after this

service...today is one of the best day ever that we experienced the good service ,the waitress jilian or Julian she is amazing she deserve a raise together with all the crew they are nice i order the wrong one today and they want me to get what i want as i remember, which its my favorite too.. Yes I'll come back there again! Good food,good service, good people...worth it to visit and try.

Our waiter, Jeremy, was our waiter around 6:45 pm tonight. We was the most personable and attentive server we had in forever. Big time Kudos! Steven and Trisha B.
