Planet King - Reservar uma mesa

Ordered several times never disappointed but tonight it was unacceptable. Ordering at 9 p.m. should arrive in 1 hour! at 10:15 p.m. still not delivered (5/10 minutes by car) I call back to find out where it is, I am told that they are waiting for the delivery man to return and will send it to me. 10:50 p.m. still nothing I call back to find out, I tell them that it's been 2 hours of waiting and they hang up on me without giving me an answer to where my order is. The order finally arrives at 11 p.m. and for a good finale an EXTRA HAIR in my fries!!! obviously no commercial gesture on their part, fortunately an apology from the delivery man which is for nothing!!
