Platia - Reservar uma mesa

Not very impressed by this restaurant. It has an interior of a chanteen, welcome is very friendly and swift. Immediately got a drink and after I ordered from the Greek/German menu the food also arrived quickly. Very tastefull chicken soup; the best food of the evening. After that I got a free fresh salad which was simply but tasty due to a strong dressing. The main course was more German then Greek. Big pieces of fish (perfectly cooked I must admit! but the batter was not crunchy at all. A lot of Western vegetables floating in oil to go with the fish. And then the sauce, perhaps normal in Germany but completely overpowering the delicate white fish. Some ups and a lot of downs for me. Bill wa...

This is the second time that I have visited the Platia while on a business trip to Düsseldorf. The premises are clean and comfortable and the nice greeting from the waiter is welcome after a hard day's work. Traveling alone, I find it pleasurable to take evening dinner at this restaurant and have found the dishes chosen to be tasty, fresh and of a good size....a much better option to take instead of eating junk food at the exhibition centre. A complimentary glass of Ouzo is also served with the first course which is a nice touch. The Platia is well worth a visit, though not particularly cheap, the food served and the variety available are well worth the price. Recommended.

The food was good, the service fast and VERY friendly. The price-quality is very reasonable. We got the Messe for one and number 57 (gyros and 1 souvlaki), the souvlaki was a bit dry, but otherwise everything was tasty. The interior is a bit run down, but I would eat there again, it's a quick inexpensive, tasty neighborhood restaurant. Three points for the food/ambient, plus one for the service!

This Greek restaurant is a hidden gem! The staff is very warm and welcoming! The food was delicious! Everything is super fresh and very hot! My parents visited this restaurant multiple times and now I totally understand why! Definetely worth the visit when you are staying near Dusseldorf airport. Thankyou!

Very tasty Greek Food. The restaurant offers traditional as well as modern-style Greek food. The staff is very quick and friendly. The atmosphere is rather not my favorite.
