Plough - Reservar uma mesa

We were really excited to find this restaurant and for our dinner at Plough. I was disappointed upon looking over the menu that even though it is spring, all of the dishes drinks are still geared towards the fall/winter with apples, pears, pecans, cranberries, cider. Our appetizers were very good (calamari, clam chowder, and cheese plate). At a restaurant of this caliber, main dishes should not be fired until the server has communicated to the Kitchen that the table is almost done with their appetizers. We were still enjoying our appetizers when our main dishes arrived. We were less than impressed with the main dishes. They sounded amazing on the menu, but lacked flavor in the long run.

We were meeting friends in downtown Lancaster for lunch on a Monday and Plough was one of the few places open on Monday. Very nice restaurant with delicious food and cocktails. We parked in the parking lot attached to the hotel and it was 5.00 for 2 hours. Would highly recommend Plough.

Under seasoned food. Globs of fat in the short rib sandwich. Service was good. No one in the restaurant should have been a sign. Brunch menu has 4-5 options, otherwise lunch menu is what is served on Sunday around noon. Will not be back.

The cheese steak was great, and the chicken sandwich was really good. The burger was greasy, making the lower hare muddy.

Very loud and busy. Service a bit slow. Presentation very nice. Booths dated. Felt like I was sitting very low.
