Hotel to avoid at all costs for families! Home detestable and very cold. Impression of the arrival of diving into the icy water of the Zinal torrent. Unable to accommodate a family with children aged 2 and 4. Service in one hour for a pasta dish. Broken cot not working and you are told that it is the fault of the customers and that you must leave the hotel because it does not suit them. Home never seen elsewhere! Really surprising. So we left the hotel with our two darlings without accommodation after 2 out of 5 nights bookedin the middle of July! .hotel that does not work to avoid absolutely! Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 2

Absolutely brilliant! Loved the room. Ideal for a thru-hiker. And may I recommend you the restaurant- extraordinary good food. And the owners are so hospitable. Highly recommended and the place to stay and eat in Zinal Food drinks: Amazing and delicious food. Love the personal attention to service and yes the food is great. Fair price for quality. Friendly staff. We also had dinner there (half board) which was excellent. Family room is perfect for 4. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 4
