Poke Burrito Oak Park

Ordered from Poke Burrito quite a lot. Sad that they have raised their prices and for $5 per bowl limited change to the quantity of food you get. Also, my order has stayed the same from first order to now and you can see a difference in attention to detailin providing what you order online. Generally good food but poor customer service (ie not telling you things you ordered won?tbe in your bowl) and poor presentation (ie bowl ordered today was barely full).

I've been ordering from this restaurant quite frequently lately. I always have a substitution request with my orders, and they've never missed it or gotten my order wrong. I really appreciate the attention and care that the staff put into their preparation. The food tastes fresh, and the teas are wonderfully sweet with perfectly tender boba.

I had a fantastic experience with takeout and delivery from this restaurant. I work about a mile away and received my order within 30 minutes of placing it, which was impressive. The order was spot on, and the food was delicious. I do wish they offered eel as a protein option, but overall, I would definitely order from them again.
