Order for delivery via the website and they do not contain chicken in both meals. You forgot the sauces. I went to the store and they refused to refund my delivery fee. There were 5 other customers who came back because orders were wrongly angry. Supervisor Gloria did not offer any help. That was the WORST Pollo Tropical I?ve ever been! Starting with the recruitment of employees as soon as they take your order, they are extremely outpatient and rude, no attention to detail my orders have been grounded as you can see on the picture! Grilled chicken Caesar salad lacks the chicken, the croutons, no cheese on all only dry salads. On the other hand, the rice was very old and sticky and the chicken also dry and burned the order missing the beans for rice. TERRIBLE service and long wait for no reason.
