Pollo Tropical - Reservar uma mesa

I visited Pollo Tropical on Congress in Boynton Beach, Fl and was disappointed by the dirty conditions. Despite only two tables being occupied, all tables, including the floor, were dirty. It was clear that someone needed to take the time to clean. The lack of cleanliness was a major deterrent for us, so we decided not to eat there. Unfortunately, I cannot comment on the food as we did not dine at the restaurant.

They often went to this place of Boynton Beach. I came tired looking for their Spanish style, delicious chicken, black beans rice. To my shame, I only found a worker who took orders. I thought certainly if managers see (order) line working with a cashier alone, would be sent a worker. No, even if it was the hour.

I was looking to try something new at this restaurant. It was decent. In my opinion, the soup was a bit salty and the Zeveche had too much vinegar. The garlic sauce was delicious, but I was disappointed that they didn't have red beans as advertised on their website. I'm not a fan of black beans.

Me and my buddy ordered curbside, no one walked out. We ended up going it. What do you know it wS just waiting. They almost forgot my where but I reminded them, but seems I gave them too much credit. Didn't get my dessert and didn't notice till we got to his house. Wow just wow.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. I ordered the mixed grill and was surprised to find that the chicken and churrasco were overcooked. I rated the white rice and black beans with 1 star. I will not be returning.
