Pollo Tropical - Reservar uma mesa

Wasn't too happy with my food. The chicken was extremely dry and overcooked. I'm getting food from this place all the time. Latley the food wasn't good at all. I'm not going anymore. It's sad because we pay so much for our food. The dining room has also been closed for months and the ride is always packed. Today I wait almost 30 minutes. In the line..? I hope they get things straight ahead.

Best service, good food. Keeps 10 stars. I'm driving all the way from Miami Beach to this place just because of the service. The best pollo tropical. Go on. The manager Alberto was great.
