Pollo Tropical - Reservar uma mesa

What a disappointment when I arrived home and I found out that the whole chicken that I bought today at the pollo tropical in Estero Florida was all burned and dried . I totally wasted my 21 dollars because the chicken was all burned..if I could give them -5 but there is not option. This is not the first time I got my chicken dried and burned. Please do not go anymore to pollo tropical is not the same restaurant anymore

Ok seriously this was the nastiest meal.. I ordered it without the black beans but the chicken is so dry I can?t even eat it it looks like somebody ate half of my food before I even got it. The avocados are black in it this is so disgusting you should be ashamed to put out food that looks like this..I?ve tried this location two times I will not go back there again that?s a poor excuse for food

This restaurant is awful and should be closed down. I ordered several items and only received half of them. If they were more careful with their hiring process, maybe the experience wouldn't have been so terrible. It's clear they don't conduct interviews here. Overall, a truly terrible restaurant.

Great to be able to design dinner, have it made fresh fast through the drive through. Chicken marinade is great when the chicken is grilled. The chicken is good either in 1/4 or 1/2 pieces or chopped up in the Tropi Chop. Good stuff, but the drinks are small over priced my only issue.

Order online via Uber Eats. The delivery was right. The food was best for Meh. All 3 sauces were not delivered. The chicken was very dry.
