Pollo Tropical - Reservar uma mesa

This was the closet sit down restaurant I was near from my hotel. I?m not from Miami so maybe I?m missing something because I see a lot of 5 stars. This place was horrible. The only good thing was the plantains which I originally ordered as a side but the cashier forgot. I couldn?t understand the cashier and she barely could understand me for one, the meat was sooooo dry and tough for two and it was overpriced for trash service and food. Definitely would?ve went to Burger King next door if I knew what I knew. Never again !!!

I try to like pollen tropical because the food is good, but the service is terrible. I have placed an order online until late to give them additional time, and in the end wait another 20 minutes. Although the staff seems to try, there are definitely some management / logistics problem. Always a huge back to dinner

The food I received was decent, but I ordered BBQ and guava BBQ to go with it, and they weren't available. The cashier acted like they were helpful, but when it came time to get my food, it was dry. I should have chosen a different restaurant altogether. This place really needs to improve its service.

Late post 5/20/22: Tasty food! There?s nothing really special about it. First time to try this popular chain in Miami. You see it in every corner. I think it?s a bit too pricey for a place like this. Everything?s gone up since I last visited Miami (November 2018).

The customer service is fantastic, and the food is well-prepared. However, the IT department needs to address issues with the printers and scanners. Customers are waiting in line for too long due to these problems, which affects the overall experience.
