The food was decent, but the customer service was horrible. The heavy set, brown skin cashier who took my order seems to be not fit to deal with the public. She seems to be used to dealing with people who she can talk down to. She was mean, and impatient. She literally snapped at me when she had to repeat what sides I wanted with my order ? I thought the lady was crazy, or off her meds or something, especially since any reasonable cashier would know it is hard to hear anything in the restaurant with loud music blasting in the background. After I received my order, this cashier said nothing. There was no thank you, good bye, nothing! I will not be driving 30 minutes again to buy from this res...

Definitely worth the experience, from the outside you would almost pass it by because of the glass but once you go in you’re welcomed warmly.I had the jerk chicken pasta which was delicious and properly cooked. What is mean is a lot places that cook jerk chicken pasta over cook the chicken (yes that’s possible) to the point where it’s too firm. But they definitely got it right, the pasta was al denote which was perfect.I also order the fried conch, it was fresh tasty and the dip pairs wellThe only item that wasn’t available was the conch balls but I guess I’ll get the next time I go!! The best part of the dine in experience was the tubi movie that was playing on one of screens ???. Iykyk

The food is always delicious. Seasoned and hot. I didn't expect better customer service but was hoping. Poochella's is always my number one spot for fried conch.Food: 5/5

I wish I got a better before picture ! I got the tilapia with Mac n Cheese, Collard Greens, and Crab Rice. It was really good ! Would definitely come back again
