I?ve been here for over half an hour. The lady at the speaker said to pull up to the red POLE, so we wouldn?t run their drive thru time. I?m still here and I had a MOBILE order meaning it should?ve been prepared BEFORE I got here. Not when I tell you I?mhere at the speaker. She finally tells me to drive up, just to say ?oh we have to cook spicy.? So now I?m waiting again, alongwith the five people behind me that she made park, to not waste their time. Your only menu item is chicken. Come on now. And nowshe took spicy off completely because the app now says ?not available at your location.? Why didn?t she say she didn?t have itFIRST and I could?ve cancelled. Not tell me once I get to the wind...

This was the worst fast food experience I have EVER had first of all while I was in the drive thru the lady working the window hung out of the window and told me to stop and not pull up I'm assuming to slow down orders so no one else could order rightaway... But that wasn't the worst after being honked at I pulled up and got my food took it to my hotel and ate it and two hourslater I developed the worst case of food poisoning I have ever had I have been sick for two days straight I'm not going intofurther details but DO NOT EAT HERE ESPECIALLY IF THEY ARE BUSY YOU DON'T WANT THE EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD!!!!!

6pm on a Wednesday. They keep dine in closed for their convenience. Imma trucker so I have to walk here from truck lot over. Every time I have to persuade them just to get my order taken. Unprofessional. Only drive thru Only drive thru as they tellme. I Only came for pies this time an claim they are out. That was my last time trying at this location

Service was not good. Food was decent but the employees did not seem to care about their job or what they were doing there. I ordered a 3 PC chicken and had to pull to the side for 30 minutes before I had to go and and tell them. Will never eat at thatpopeyes again.

Yummy and fresh drive thru experience: The Strawberry Lemonade was really good. Customer service was normal.
