Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Well, I can't really qualify. We are on a very busy road near the airport. They're not empty, people have to eat. I can go to a number of places. I see lots of advertisements from Popeye. There are not many in my area, but I like it more than some of the other places on the same level. They had chickens, but not sides. No chicken pliers, only chicken or the mini chicken. I just wanted a 3 piece of food, so I had to go somewhere else. The ridiculous part is that they are now open 7:30 EST and I was there at 5:00. Why do you even waste the time of people.

I probably have the delivery of this restaurant near 10 times. The same 10 times the order was wrong. I generally don't complain about it because I like her food, even if I get the wrong orders. Today's order should have chicken nuggets, it had chicken fillets instead or what they call. It should have two sides of dipping sauce, it had none. That's small, but there was no straw for the drink. This restaurant is just a train wreck.

I've never been to Popeyes somewhere in the country and had a bad time. The staff is always friendly and punctual with their service. The food was also consistently large (foresees there are no supply chain problems). Wherever I am in the country, if available, I will choose ALWAYS to go to a Popeyes over any other fast food restaurant.

Shrimp popcorn is very disappointing. Dry, fishy shrimp taste but can't get a bit of shrimp, mostly crunch from the batter. Mashed potato was okay, glad to had it to add something moist since there was no sauce with the meal. Service was fast but minimal, mask were not worn properly, everyone had it on the chin.

New manager Tryone, everything was super, fresh and hot!! Staff were happy and laugh!!! My spicy chicken pliers were HUGE, more like a huge fillet! Incredibly good food at this place now!!
