This location tends to be hit or miss. But my last 2 experiences have led to me BOYCOTTING this location. Specifically, my last order. I ordered via the app. Went into the location to pick-up at the counter. The manager replied, Oh the order with the extra deliciousness , upon hearing the name associated with the order. I thanked the representative helping me with my pick-up, and left. It wasn 't until I got home that I realized the wing containers were not only smashed, cracked and open on the bottom but that the wing sauce had leaked all into the bottom of the bag and there were hard, black, plastic SPLINTERS of container in the food. 6/30/21 served moldy food After waiting in the drive thru for too long with two cars ahead of us, my friend went inside to order. She ordered a 2 piece Fried Chicken meal. Within that meal was a moldy biscuit... I didn't realize it was moldy until I ate more than half of it! I used mouth wash and brushed my teeth right afterwards! This morning I woke up with stomach pains and nausea! The other reviews say the service is horrible. I say the food is moldy therefore horrible too! Neither my friend nor I will be back to this location! My advice is to SAVE YOUR HEALTH and money and EAT SOMEWHERE ELSE!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I placed a order through Uber eats and my total order was $20 for a three piece with one side no drink. No option for sauces at all. I received my order and the three pieces of chicken was SO small I seriously thought it was a joke. The chicken was over fried. It looked like the pieces of a baby hen. I'm so done! I will never order from this location again. After three bad orders enough is enough. I honestly think this was on purpose. They put the combo's on the menu and give you crap. When I saw the very small box I knew there was a problem. HORRIBLE!!!!

One thing I can say is I never have any issues when I come in this location but the manager Lance is always in a great mood Every single time and provides great service...will come back per usual

My only complaint is the quality of the chicken wings. Please see the pictures. Extremely disappointed in the size of the wings.
