Popeyes Lousiana Kitchen

I recently tried Popeyes for the first time and ordered the 4-piece dark meat instead of the chicken sandwich. I opted for the spicy option with a jalapeño. Sometimes they include a cookie with your meal, sometimes they don't. I typically visit Popeyes about four to six times a year. Despite being aware of the processed foods and additives in their menu items, I still enjoy the flavor. I acknowledge the unhealthy aspects of fast food chains, but I have my eating habits. I alternate between eating meat for three months and going meatless for nine months to support ethical practices and a healthier body. The aesthetics of the food may not be appealing, but the aroma of the dishes impresses me....

The service at this restaurant was absolutely excellent. The food was good, but it was the staff that really stood out. When we walked in with a group of five, the lady working there suggested we use the drive-through because she and another gentleman were the only two running the place. I explained that we were in truck and trailers, and without hesitation, she politely asked us to wait. Although I didn't get her name, she handled everything with respect and professionalism, making our experience great. These two employees deserve recognition and I hope the boss considers giving them the support and compensation they deserve. Thank you for your time.

The wait time at this restaurant may be long, but it is worth it. Miss Kay, the manager, is truly the sweetest and most professional person in the fast food industry. Thank you for making our anniversary/Valentine's Day special with the delicious beignets!
