Portillo's Barnelli's Niles

Portillo's is the go-to place for carry-out when entertaining guests, and pizza just won't cut it. Everyone loves the Italian beef sandwiches, pasta, salads, and cake. It's always a hit. My only complaint is that they sometimes get small details of our order wrong. Like they will forget to add the sweet peppers or the jardiniere. Or an add-on specified in the order. We have notified them when something was left out and they did take some off the bill. Which is appreciated.

Definitely will drop the rating if they cannot fix the issue with the fries. It's literally a 50/50 shot that you'll get fries you'll toss in the garbage. Even when it's busy.

My salad was not fresh (wilted lettuce). But as soon at I gave that feedback they immediately fixed it and had great customer service.
