Portillo's Elk Grove Village

Nice surprise! Especially for the incredible menu has a variety of sandwiches to choose, and the prices were reasonable, the food was excellent taste! The order processing was accurate and the service is really fast and efficient, friendly staff polite, hard work, personable and very at the point of their work. I especially like the Italian beef, Italian sausage and cheese rice a must. You also have good salad and healthier options. The cleanliness of the shop is fantastic and the ambience is really relaxing. Customer service was great and the quality of food was above average. I'm really happy with the food and service. Would definitely dine again.

I've been going to Portillos for years! I can never say I had any unpleasant food from any portillos. If I were tied into an electric chair, my last meal would be a Portillos dipped Italian beef. I moved to Colorado for a few years and my first question about the move was Where's the next portillos? Nobody knew what I was talking about. I realized that I was in trouble, but thank God they deliver frozen portillos!

Love this place. Had the Beef Sandwich, which you have to get double-dipped, with cheese both hot mild peppers..... Also had the Maxwell Street Polish Dog Cheese Fries. They forgot our Cheese Fries, but they were super-quick to resolve it with a smile hot fries. Disappointed in myself for not saving room for a Chocolate Cake Shake

I heard so good comments about Portillos. I have to say that the beef sandwich lived up to this praise. The hot dogs were also very good, except I'm not a fan of cheese-white-type topping. The rest of the dogs excellent.

Some American friends said it was the best fast food place in town. They weren't wrong. Great staff and great value. Very recommended to go here if you don't plan yet
