Porto’s in Glendale is a local legend, the perfect place to get a delicious lunch and a desert, and now we have one in Burbank, which, according to my taste, is all as good as the original store. For those who have never been to the Porto’s in Glendale, the in Burbank has quite the same menu, with a wide selection of Cuban sandwiches (including an incomparable Media Noche and a Savory Ropa Vieja Sandwich), non Cuban sandwiches (such as a great Turkey Croissant), and perfectly made Cuban appetizers (such as meatcake, Papas Rellenas, and Croquetas). And then there's the bakery! You have a huge selection of delicious personal bakeries, from Tres Leches and Rum cakes, to an excellent mango mouse...

Now I know why everyone goes over portos gaga. best Cuban bakery in cali! I and my sister have both taken into the snake and dined in the line so that we can have an attempt from their baked and delicious din-in dishes. fresh, tasty and a 40-minute drive from our hotel in los angeles. we even brought 6 boxes of their sorted baked varieties in san fo. Must try: kartoffel balls, guava and cheese strudel, cheese rolls, empanadas, mango turnover, croquettes, medianoche and lechon plate.

ordered a cheese roll, a Guava danish and a kartoffel ball and loved all three! this place was dizzying and after trying these tasty things I quickly understood why. the staff is very efficient and eating is very fresh. can not wait until I am next in the position to eat a potato ball!
