Ubicado en una pequeña plaza, en un edificio sencillo pero de los más grandes entre los que hay a su alrededor está la Posada de Elbete, el pequeño restaurante en el que comimos en nuestra visita a Navarra en la Ruta de los Castillos. Al entrar, la decoración era exactamente igual de sencilla y tradicional que el edificio. Auténtica, albergaba a unos comensales silenciosos que hablaban bajito, buscando cierta intimidad. Al traernos las cartas pedimos lo que nos recomendaran en la casa, como hacemos habitualmente. La camarera volvió con platos sencillos y tradicionales, típicos de la zona, de fuerte sabor.
