My wife and I as well as many family members and friends savor coming to this family run restaurant. We have to drive 1/2 hour to get here but it's worth it. The appetizers, especially the fried peppers (gegrillte Pepperonis) hit the spot every time. And you get enough bread to soak up all that delicious garlic sauce. Try the grilled Greek cheese or the olives and pepperoni or the shrimps in oil. It really doesn't matter, it's all good. We had to get used to the style of potatoes, but eh it's not German or American food, it's Greek. The portions might not seem tremendous, but you get every penny's worth in quality and taste. Haven't visited Poseidon for a long time, but it always had a positive memory. Unfortunately, I was a little disappointed today. The warm appetizer plate consisted of two champingions, a peperoni and seven grilled zuchini slices on a cold eggplant cream for 6.90€. disappointing!!! The other appetizer (cooks on tomato sauce) was excellent. What really did not go: In the main dishes, rice was only lukewarm, rather cold. I don't want to comment about the dessert here, only so much: so muddy with a leaf dough. Note: lacking!! Super nettes Personal, bis jetzt immer einen Tisch bekommen und wurden nie enttäuscht. Das essen wird frisch zubereitet und ab und zu gibt es kleine Vorspeisen die ebenfalls frisch zubereitet werden. Die Portionen sind von der Menge her immer genau richtig und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt! Es schmeckt mir immer wenn ich dort essen gehe und kann nicht schlechtes über das Restaurant sagen!

Heute waren wir im Poseidon in Offenbach, nahe dem Stadion. Wir wurden überaus freundlich empfangen und sehr flott bedient. Das Essen schmeckte ausgezeichnet und hob sich vom "Standard - Griechen" wohltuend ab. Allerdings sind die Portionen nicht zu groß, aber sehr lecker. Wenn man nicht gerade Riesenhunger hat, kann man gerne im Poseidon einkehren. Reserve uma mesa agora

Die Speisekarte verpricht nichts Falsches. Alles tolle und ausreichende Menues. Immer frisch zubereitete, Fisch-, Fleisch- oder vegetarische bzw. vegane Gerichte. Gute Qualität. Sehr gute Getränke und eine gehobene Wein-Auswahl.

Die Speisen sind durchweg OK, aber nichts zum satt essen. Mit richtigem Hunger darf man dort nicht hingehen, oder muss noch Vorspeisen bestellen wodurch das ohnehin gehobene Preis-Leistungs-verhältnis aber kippen würde.
