Potasia is one of the best hotpot restaurants I have been to on Long Island. Everything is fresh, which is crucial for a good hotpot experience. They offer fresh hot pot soup, dip sauce, meat, and vegetables. The flavors are delicious and the aroma is enticing. If the ingredients are not fresh, the hotpot can taste salty and spicy. I especially enjoyed the sweet hotpot at Potasia, although it is a bit pricey, the high quality is worth it. Been here more than 5 times during the pandemic. Best hotpot in town. Tasty broth chose the spicy butter version. All the flavors are on point. Their iced jasmine tea with coconut jelly is so good. Ambience and service is great too.
