Potbelly - Reservar uma mesa

I have been going to memorial Hermann for two days going through treatments. My aunt and I came in this young lady by the name of Loren greeted us yesterday and she had numerous window customers although she was busy she apologized that they were short staffed but she was right with us. They took care of us with the same enthusiasm she gave her drive thru customers. The sandwiches were delicious made to order will helpful with my aunt that has dementia and she was fantastic! Today we came in again. The food is good made to order. They had a ful staff and Loren greeted us again. This location always had below average service. One person who worked at the drive through always got the order wrong. I think she left. But the food is always just ok or bad. Today I ordered the pizza sandwich and it was loaded with mushrooms. “Does a sandwich come with these mushrooms?” I usually don’t mind mushrooms but, again, there were too many and they had a fishy smell and taste. Totally ruined my meal.

Food is ok. Staff is aloof at best and down right rude other times. My last interaction in the drive thru was not worth the food or money spent. At this point, I'll take my business elsewhere.

If you have ever been to a properly run Potbelly you will know this is subpar. Gave multiple second chances but have given up on this location.

When the 2 dude bro's are behind the counter you gonna get good food and service.
