I want to express my gratitude to Lisa and her team for their excellent service at Pot Belly. As a loyal customer who orders through Grub Hub, I always get the same dish. When there was a small issue with my order, I called the restaurant and Lisa personally handled it with grace and professionalism. Even though we had never met in person, she recognized me based on my orders, which truly impressed me. Lisa went above and beyond by arranging for my food to be redelivered promptly. Where I live there’s maybe 2 sandwich places and they are ok most of the time. First time going to Potbelly and it was amazing. I ordered a future pickup the next day and I got there early. I expected that I would have to wait a while, but that was not the case at this amazing spot. I found the pickup area and my food was already sitting there waiting, still warm. I was greeted when I walked up by the friendly staff too. I’ve never been this far east and so I wasn’t prepared for how good the food was going to be!

I had a good, fast, precise service here for a quick lunch. Thanks for the delicious hot sandwich. The facility looked well maintained and was clean. This location was not busy at noon during the weekday.

Friendly staff, clean, and food was good. I ordered a Med sub, chips, tea, and cookie. Enjoyed it. Likely the best choice from all the food places around the park.

Friendly staff and delicious sandwiches! The cashier was so nice! My favorite place to stop by for a quick bite near my apartment.
