Potty Pancakes - Reservar uma mesa

I made a reservation for a table for 12 people for my son's birthday and requested 2 high chairs. When I arrived, they informed me that I had only ordered one high chair. I insisted that I had ordered 2, as I have twins. Unfortunately, another family also needed a high chair at the same time. I was extremely disappointed and shocked by the staff's arrogance and attitude, as if I had made the mistake and not the person who took my booking. It was difficult to imagine how my one-year-old twins would eat without a high chair, especially since the second high chair had a missing strap. If it had not been for my son's birthday, we would have left. It is a shame because we used to enjoy dining her...

It was our first time going to Potty’s for breakfast and we were very excited at the menu. The inside of the restaurant is run down and the tables very close together. Although the staff were friendly the service was extremely slow even though they were very quiet. Once our order was taken it then took a very long time for our food to be brought to our table. The food itself was average at best, the sausage on on of our dishes was disgusting and burnt. Overall, I would not recommend.

I had a good time at this restaurant with friendly and attentive staff. However, I was let down by the dry pancakes and had to ask for butter to make them more enjoyable. On the bright side, the milkshake I had was delicious.

I would never order from this establishment again. I cannot believe how rude and awful the manager of this place is. The owner/s need to reconsider the level of customer service if they want to please customers.

The staff and service at this restaurant were top-notch. They were friendly and went above and beyond, especially since it was my grandson's birthday. I couldn't ask for better service.
