I recently had the pleasure of staying at Premier Inn Victory Pier, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations again. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with a vibrant and energetic atmosphere that perfectly embodied the Premier name. The rooms are simple impressive, offering a perfect blend of comfort, style, great value for money, what else you may need for a good stay guaranteed? The beds are incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep, and the amenities provided are top-notch. The staff at Victory Pier deserve special mention for their exceptional service. We have been made so welcome by Nick Large and all the Team Members at Blake Avenue Premier Inn for several years now. We use the restaurant area once a month to run a support group for Working Age Stroke Survivors. The staff are professional, friendly supportive of us all. I can't comment on the rooms as we do not use them, however, our group members enjoy refreshments in a very clean and pleasent atmostphere, so I would vouch that this care is reflected elsewhere in the hotel. Parking is plentiful and the staff always make sure we have a clear area for the participants to use. This is a wonderful example of supporting the wider community and we appreciate it so much. We had a lovely time the staff are very helpfull and organized early check in for us. On leaving we had forgotten our daughters teddy and I rang reception and she said she would look after him. When we went to pick him up in the morning we were all very surprised at how well they had looked after him. The lovely lady on reception went above and beyond her duties to look after him and had made a bed for him took pictures of him around the hotel doing diffrent things and had printed them off and put them in his box what a lovely kind thoughtful thing to do and made my daughters day!.

Premier Inn never fails to impress. The rooms are always clean and the beds are very comfortable, with prices that are consistently reasonable. I chose this Premier Inn to visit my son at university, and the location was perfect. The staff were wonderful—friendly and always ready to help. I had both breakfast and dinner here, and both were satisfactory. In fact, the dinner was exceptional; the chef did an excellent job cooking the steak. We stayed in a Premier Plus room, which was impressively well-equipped and featured a small fridge. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Overall, I would rate the rooms a 5, the service a 5, and the location a 5 as well. Hotel highlights: Excellent value for money.

I use this hotel on a regular basis, All the staff are first class, very helpful and professional, with excellent customer service.
