Prime - Bellagio - Reservar uma mesa

I reserved this 7:30 pm dinner reservation on my Opentable app 2 months in advance with a special note that we were celebrating both our family’s birthday and graduation so if possible, to please seat us at a table near the fountains. Since we were guests at the Bellagio hotel, we headed down early and arrived at 7:20 pm. When we arrived, our table was not ready and we were told if we wanted the fountain view we would have to wait. What’s the point of making a reservation 2 months in advance if a table cannot be prepped prior to guest arrival. Our family was hungry and we were not seated until 8:00 pm after having to ask the hostess 3 times about our table. The hostess took it upon themselve...

I celebrated my birthday at this restaurant with my daughter. The receptionist and server were fantastic, but the photographer was not very pleasant to me. While she was offering to take pictures at each table, she never came to mine. At first, I thought she was only taking pictures for larger groups, but my server informed me that she should have come to every table. Despite passing by my table multiple times, she never offered her services to me. I was disappointed with her behavior, especially considering she works at a 5-star hotel restaurant.

The food was great, the server was very nice and attentive, wine was really good. The only not so great part of my experience was that I asked to be sat outside and I kept getting excuses about how it was not possible, but there were empty tables and they sat a group just before us. We ended up being sat outside, like we wanted, but it felt like a inconvenience for the host and who I assume was the manager.

amazing! this place is the top of the list for a steak house. ribeye and filet melt simply in the mouth and the sauces oh mann! they will know what if they have it. make them just the reservation here, they are glad that they have done it!

Food was outstanding. All the servers were terrific, but the timing was just a bit off. The view of the fountains was also spectacular!
