My girlfriend took me here for my birthday. The staff are nice however for the price of what you're paying, the service does not add up. In the midst of shuffling the food and attaching an additional table, one of the servers took our wine bottle that was half full. Understandably, it is super busy and it is not easy being a waitress, but we never saw that nice wine bottle again. When we raised the issue, the entire staff ignored it, the manager was nowhere to be found and the staff awkwardly tip toed around our table. There was no responsibility taken for a bad experience. Low profile, high quality prime and dry aged beef. Straightforward menu, BYOB strikes a nice balance between decadence and chill. Parking lot is limited but decent street parking in the area. Dinner service was incredibly prompt on recent visit, place was medium busy but picking up.
